    How to get the Čierne Citizen Card?

    Registration to My Zone

    Fill in the details exactly according to your personal information in all required fields. Registration is intended for residents who want to take advantage of the Citizen Portal (My Zone) and the digital Čierne Citizen Card.

    Wait for verification

    After registration, an email will be sent to confirm your email address. Upon successful confirmation, you will gain access to the Citizen Portal (My Zone) and the digital Čierne Citizen Card will be activated for you.

    Email confirmation

    After successful verification, you will receive an email regarding account activation. The email will also include instructions and the option to download the digital Čierne Citizen Card to your mobile.

    Use the card

    Add your digital Čierne Citizen Card conveniently to your mobile wallet, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Tip: There is no need to download any additional app. Simply click the button in the email to “Download digital card”.

    By registering, you create a user account within the Citizen Portal linked to the Digital Čierňana Card. After successful verification, you gain access to electronic municipal services, submission overview, notifications and benefits provided by the municipality or its partners.

    Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for registration, user verification, card issuance and proper operation of services. Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
