The new citizen portal is now active

Residents of the Čierne municipality can now register, view the new citizen portal, and start using its first practical services.

The portal was created to provide residents with easier access to digital services, clearer communication with the municipality, and new opportunities that can help in daily life in our municipality.

The new citizen portal also brings additional functionalities that will gradually help residents communicate with the municipality and use services:

easy reporting of problems, suggestions, and improvement proposals, a community marketplace for municipality residents, a citizen benefit card with discounts at participating businesses,

practical information in one place, easier access to the municipality's digital services, and a more modern way of communication between the municipality and citizens.
