By registering, you create a user account within the Citizen Portal linked to the Digital Čierňana Card. After successful verification, you gain access to electronic municipal services, submission overview, notifications and benefits provided by the municipality or its partners.

Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for registration, user verification, card issuance and proper operation of services. Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

Consent to personal data processing is required to create an account and provide services. Consent to receive information about municipal activities is voluntary and does not affect use of basic portal features.

Misuse and entering data under false information leads to removal from the system. Misuse of someone else's data is a criminal offence.
